Include the email address on your account and, if relevant, the website or workspace the question is about. This helps us answer faster.
Common questions
- Getting started: start at https://www.hireeli.io/signup, connect your website, then follow the steps on your Pulse page.
- AI assistant access: Eli's public tools can be used from ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant without an account. Account-specific tools require signing in.
- Billing and plans: see https://www.hireeli.io/#pricing. Subscription changes and invoices are handled from your workspace settings.
- Deleting your data or account: email get@hireeli.io from the address on the account and we will confirm the request.

If you believe your account or any data has been accessed without permission, email get@hireeli.io with the subject line "Security" as soon as possible.
