HOW ELI COUNTS

What counts, and what happens at a limit?

Buying question
A question a buyer asks an AI assistant before choosing. Eli asks each one about once a week, and more often around a change.
Website improvement
Eli prepares the exact change from your own facts and you approve it. On a WordPress site with the Eli plugin, Eli can put the change on the page itself after you approve the exact text. On any other site Eli hands you the exact text and you add it. Either way Eli then reads your live page and asks the buying question again. A change counts when you approve it, and the number is an upper limit: Eli only proposes a change the evidence justifies.
Ad test
A test of new image ads on your own Meta ad account. Eli shows the exact ads, audience and budget first; it starts only after your yes, inside the budget you approved, and weak ads are paused by fixed rules. Your ad budget is paid to Meta, never to Eli.
New page
A researched page for one buying decision, every statement checked against a source. It is published only with your approval, or automatically only where you switched automatic publishing on.
At a limit
No overage, ever. When an allowance is used, Eli pauses that kind of work until it renews. To move to another level, write to us.

For example, on Grow (and on Done for You, which runs the same capacity) Eli keeps 140 buying questions and asks each about once a week in ChatGPT, and Gemini on days its provider has capacity left for Eli, can prepare, check and measure up to 10 website improvements and write up to 25 new pages a month. Meta Ads on your own ad account: up to 4 ad tests running at once, each started only after your yes, and up to 80 new ads in 30 days. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to Meta. These are upper limits: a company with fewer real buying questions has fewer, and when the evidence for a change is weak, Eli waits. A check that could not run is reported as not observed, never as a result. Through the Eli site tag, Eli itself can show visitors a link or a text you approved, after each visitor's consent. The tag never changes the page itself. You are never billed above the price of your plan.

OUTCOMES

What results should I expect, and how are they measured?

Eli asks the same buyer questions again over time and records every approved change with the exact live address where it found it. With the Eli site tag and visitor consent it also counts visits and qualified actions, and it reports revenue only from a connected CRM, each as separate evidence. It does not promise a ranking, a recommendation or a revenue figure. The methods behind the measurements are public in Eli research, and the technical details of connections, approvals and verification are in the docs.

Every change needs your approval of the exact text, on every plan, unless you switch on automatic publishing yourself. Every connection can be revoked. Data handling and access controls are described on the security page.

QUESTIONS

Pricing questions, answered

Does Eli really do the work on the $99 plan?

Yes. Launch runs the same four agents and the same engine as Grow. Every week Eli asks your buying questions in AI answers, finds where buyers go to a competitor, prepares the exact website fix for your yes, writes new pages and, after a tracking check and Meta's tester invite, runs Meta ad tests inside the budget you approve. Launch simply does less of it each month: 20 buying questions, up to 4 new pages and up to 2 website fixes. It is not a dashboard on any plan.

Who is behind Eli?

Eli's founder has helped 60+ companies grow their revenue, leads and visibility in search and AI answers. Eli does that same work as software, every day, so you get it without hiring an agency. Those results are from his own client work before Eli; Eli shows you its own results on your numbers.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every Autopilot plan starts as a free account, free forever for one website and with no credit card. Eli reads your website, checks up to 10 of your buying questions in AI answers, learns what your company sells and shows the first thing it would fix. You pick a paid plan inside Eli when you want the work to keep going every day.

What is the difference between Autopilot and Done for You?

Both have all four agents: AI Search, Website, Conversion and Paid Ads for Meta ads. On Autopilot you start free and set Eli up yourself in minutes, then choose Launch, Core or Grow for how much work it does. With Done for You ($1,500 a month) we run it for you. You approve what goes live, and the few one-time steps only you can take (such as logging in to Meta) we do together. Our team sets it all up with you in the first two weeks, runs Grow's capacity, gives your account up to 3 hours of our time a month and reviews the results with you for 30 minutes every month. It starts with a 30-minute call.

How do I choose between Launch, Core and Grow?

By how much work you want done. Every plan has every feature. More buying questions tracked, more new pages a month, more website fixes and more Meta ad tests at once as you go up. Start free, see what Eli finds on your site, then pick. To move to another level, write to us.

Are Meta ads included on every plan?

Yes, on every Autopilot plan and on Done for You. On Grow: Meta Ads on your own ad account: up to 4 ad tests running at once, each started only after your yes, and up to 80 new ads in 30 days. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to Meta. Eli starts ads only after a real test conversion shows your tracking works and, until Meta's app review, after you accept Meta's tester invite.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Meta, on your own ad account. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to Meta. Eli charges only the monthly price of your plan: there is no fee per ad, per creative or per test, and Eli never raises an ad budget without your yes.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is charged beyond the price of your plan. There are no overage fees and no credits to buy. When the website improvements, new ads or pages of the month are used, Eli pauses that kind of work until it renews (a change counts for 30 days from your approval). Your findings stay available the whole time.

Is there a yearly price?

No. Billing is monthly only, and you can cancel anytime.

How long does setup take?

The free account needs only your website address: Eli reads your site in seconds. On Autopilot you follow Eli's guided setup yourself, in minutes. On Done for You we do it with you in the first two weeks. To measure visitors and conversions, you add the Eli site tag to your website: one line of code, or the Eli plugin on WordPress. It loads in the background and measures nothing before a visitor accepts analytics. Eli verifies the installation on your public site before it reports that it is live. Through the Eli site tag, Eli itself can show visitors a link or a text you approved, after each visitor's consent. The tag never changes the page itself.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Billing is monthly and you cancel from the billing settings in your account. Cancellation and renewal take effect as stated in the checkout terms for your purchase. When a paid plan ends, your workspace returns to Free: you keep everything Eli found, and once a week Eli asks 5 of your buying questions again. The paid work stops, and Eli pauses the Meta ads it runs for you; restarting them needs a paid plan and your yes.

Does Eli guarantee AI recommendations, rankings or revenue?

No. AI assistants, search engines and ad platforms are external systems that no vendor controls. Eli prepares improvements to the inputs you control, checks what went live and reports what it then observes. A later measurement is an observation, not proof that one change caused it.

Which websites and tools does Eli work with?

Monitoring works for any public website. The Eli site tag works on any website where you can add one line to the page. On a WordPress site with the Eli plugin, Eli can put the change on the page itself after you approve the exact text. On any other site Eli hands you the exact text and you add it. Either way Eli then reads your live page and asks the buying question again. The integrations page lists the connections.

What happens to my data?

Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace, and Eli is designed to understand buying intent without identifying individual visitors. The security page describes access controls, data handling and the approval model for website changes.

What proof can I check before buying?

Eli publishes its research with methods, dates and limitations, runs its own product on its own website and publishes that result, and has public reviews on G2. Eli does not publish customer results it cannot source.
